The location was a standout, paired with pleasant staff who made the experience welcoming. The room, though positioned in the basement, remained comfortable and cool with good amenities. The lounge area was inviting for a relaxed evening. the basement room felt a little dark, and the shower took longer to reach the right temperature, though it had good pressure.

If you're a foodie, you’ll be right chuffed with the nearby restaurants. Light of India is a gem for curry lovers, while PAUL is your go-to for killer pastries. The quirky underground-themed decor made for a unique vibe. Plus, I left my luggage with the staff after checkout, a lifesaver!

This hotel disappointed us with a tiny room. My husband's pillow was almost on the router, and moving around was a bit like a game of Tetris. The air conditioning didn't cut it either, making our stay less breezy than hoped.

My granddaughter was thrilled with the room's quirky underground theme, especially the fun breakfast choices. We enjoyed lounging in the cozy lounge area and the charming bar for some evening drinks. The only downside was having to use the small service lift during our stay, but that didn’t take away from our experience! 😊
